Nectar Services Community – Our services community is comprised of over 2100 customers and global partners, direct and indirect, spanning industries such as education, finance, healthcare, government, retail and technology. Members operate Nectar solutions in over 86 countries, managing the solution across domestic and international carrier networks, unified communications and contact centers.

Nectar Services Community Members experience gains in operational intelligence, network optimization, performance, and availability, resulting in less business loss and interruption. Leadership Team


David Giangano

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Giangano, CEO co-founded Nectar in 2006. Early on, serving as Nectar’s President of Global Channels, he formed and launched the company’s now award-winning world-class channel program and drove Nectar’s complete go-to-market strategy.

Mr. Giangano went on to foster technical innovation within Nectar and propelled broad market adoption through its global channel and OEM partnerships, forging its solution as the de-facto standard for advanced unified communications network performance management.

Prior to Nectar, Mr. Giangano founded Juma Technology, an Avaya Platinum Business Partner specializing in IP convergence. There he established a reputation as the industry leader in Voice & Data IP Convergence and the company increased its revenue by 2,782% in less than five years. He also served in senior engineering management positions at 5B Technologies, founded and operated Tailored Solutions and spent ten years with Northrop Grumman Corporation. Mr. Giangano holds multiple patents and his technical writings have been published in NASA and IEEE journals and magazines. Mr. Giangano holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Frances Vinci

Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Nectar Services Corp., Frances Vinci has worked with fellow Co-Founders to position the company as a leader in the managed services and network monitoring industry. Ms. Vinci maintains over 20 years of experience in Sales and Human Resources.

During her professional tenure, Ms. Vinci has demonstrated her superior management abilities and has established a proven record of sales and organizational success. In her capacity as Nectar’s Executive Vice President, Ms. Vinci is responsible for the overall management, functionality and coordination of the Nectar organization and its offices. She oversees the company’s Human Resources, Real Estate Management and Office Management functions and is also on the Channel Management Team supporting a list of Partners. At Nectar, Ms. Vinci promotes good employee relations and a harmonious working environment while simultaneously developing and implementing policies and procedures to govern the business and its workforce. In 2002, Ms. Vinci managed the recruitment division at 5B Technologies, a NASD publicly traded company. During her tenure at 5B, from 1999 to 2002, she also designed and implemented the company’s IT outsourcing and consulting division, with substantial contribution to the bottom line.

John Dalton

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Dalton’s extensive career includes significant roles at some of the world’s most respected organizations including Deloitte Consulting, American International Group (AIG), American Express Company, AT&T and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) all providing a solid foundation in business development, financial due diligence, operational improvement, and strategic planning.

Before joining Nectar Services Corp., Dalton served as a fractional CFO, where he offered expert financial leadership to clients across sectors including retail, media, biotech, and managed services. He notably led a finance transformation initiative at a global insurance company, showcasing his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and deliver substantial improvements in operations.

Dalton holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Richmond. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and earned a Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt certification, further evidencing his commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in financial operations. Dalton is also a certified small business mentor with SCORE, an affiliate of the Small Business Administration and serves as Board Trustee for First Step Alliance

Joe Fuccillo

Chief Technology Officer

Prior to becoming the Company’s Chief Technology Officer in 2006, Mr. Fuccillo served as CTO for Juma Technologies 2003-2006. From 1999 to 2003, he served as Senior Vice President at Xand Corporation, an IT hosting and managed services provider, from 1999 to 2003.

During his tenure at Xand Corporation, Mr. Fuccillo was credited with building the company’s IT hosting business into a $10 million revenue unit. In 1998, Mr. Fuccillo founded Incisive Technologies, an independent IT consultancy and value added reseller that provided systems design and implementation services. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Fuccillo led the technology team at Westcon, a major distributor of high-end network and related security products. Mr. Fuccillo began his career as a communications analyst with Orange and Rockland Utilities in 1993. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and is a certified technician in a variety of areas.

Seth Oestreicher

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer for Nectar, Seth Oestreicher brings over 25 years of diverse leadership experience in working with technology companies. In his role at Nectar, Seth maintains control of and drives business operations including plans, policies and procedures to ensure extensive and sustainable growth for the company.

Prior to Nectar, Seth served as Chief Technology Officer of EFT Network, a provider of ACH and Check 21 / Remote Deposit payment processing solutions. Previously, during his fifteen year tenure at Xand Corporation, a leading, privately owned, data center, managed services and cloud services operator, Seth served in various roles culminating in being named Chief Operating Officer. Other positions included Physicians’ Online where Seth did pioneering work on natural language search engines; community specific content delivery and network applications.

Shane Hosey

Chief Sales Officer

Throughout his career Shane Hosey has created a proven track record in Operations, Sales and Project Management at companies such as AOL, BT, Datapoint & Maintel. Shane has extensive knowledge of the dynamics of Managed Services and Service Design.

Shane joined the Nectar team in 2018 having known Nectar as a trusted vendor from his 20 years in the global contact centre channel. Based in Dublin, Ireland, he was initially tasked with driving development of the EMEA region and to support the existing channel partner’s growth in the Managed Services domain. Since then, he has now taken up the responsibility to run all sales (both direct & channel) and associated strategy globally. Throughout his career, Shane has created a proven track record in Operations, Sales and Project Management at companies such as AOL, BT, Datapoint & Maintel. Shane has extensive knowledge of the dynamics of Managed Services and Service Design.

Jamie Ryan

Senior Vice President Strategic Partners and Latin America

Jamie Ryan is SVP Strategic Partners and Latin America for Nectar. Jamie is responsible for managing Nectar’s relationships with National partners and developing our business in the emerging Latin America market. Prior to joining Nectar, Mr. Ryan was Vice President of Sales, Northeast for a major Avaya partner, where he also launched and led the Intelligent Communication Alliance.

Mr. Ryan has held executive sales leadership positions for a variety of national telecommunications resellers. He began his distinguished sales career in 1988 at AT&T, where he was three times elevated to the “Leaders Council,” the company’s highest recognition for the top two percent of sales representatives worldwide. Mr. Ryan moved from AT&T to Lucent, an AT&T spinoff, and in 1998 moved to Expanets, a spinoff of Lucent. When Expanets was sold to Avaya in 2004, Mr. Ryan moved his entire team to PhoneXtra, where he served as a Partner and Vice President of Sales. PhoneXtra was sold to a major Avaya partner in 2008, and Mr. Ryan led sales operations for the unit. Mr. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Farleigh Dickenson University.
