Parsippany, NJ – June 16, 2015 – Strategic Products and Services (SPS), the leading Unified Communications System Integrator and managed service provider, today announced it has selected Nectar Services Corp. as a primary ecosystem partner for remote monitoring and management of clients’ Skype for Business environments.

SPS TotalCare Lifecycle Services help customers optimize Skype for Business service experience, overall adoption and return on investment. UC monitoring is a critical element of the service offering, enabling clients to simply and proactively manage and measure their entire Skype for Business application ecosystem with insight and root-cause analysis to enhance availability and performance. Clients of this service will enjoy automated assessment and quick resolution of issues with the application and the underlying multi-vendor UC network infrastructure.

This will ensure that poor quality does not define the client’s Skype for Business service.
