Nectar’s ear-to-ear diagnostic solution and flagship partner program garner industry’s attention

JERICHO, NY – July 17, 2018 –   Nectar Services Corp., the leader in the development and deployment of proactive network monitoring and performance management software for the Unified Communications (UC) industry, today announced continued recognition for innovation in its solutions and partner programs. The company’s ear-to-ear (e2e) diagnostic solution won a Network Products Guide IT World Award and a ChannelVision Visionary Spotlight Award. Nectar was also recognized by CRN’s Network Connectivity Partner Program Guide for its flagship partner program.

Nectar’s e2e diagnostic solution is an industry first, providing Bluetooth connection quality in the full context of the network and session health. This innovative solution allows UC support engineers to diagnose call quality issues more quickly, improve UC health and optimize the end-user experience. The solution won both the ChannelVision and Network Products Guide awards for demonstrating innovation in the UC market.
