Richard J. Daly
Chief Executive Officer, Broadridge
Richard J. Daly serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Broadridge and has been a member the Board of Directors since 2007. Broadridge began as the brokerage services division of ADP in 1962. Broadridge is a leading provider of investor communications and technology-driven-solutions to banks, broker-dealers, mutual funds, and corporations globally – handling millions of trades involving trillions of dollars every day and over one billion investor communications per year.
Broadridge became an independent, publicly-traded company in 2007.
Prior to the March 2007 spin-off of Broadridge from ADP, Mr. Daly served as Group President of the Brokerage Services Group of ADP, as a member of the Executive Committee and a Corporate Officer of ADP since June 1996. In his role as President, he shared the responsibility of running the Brokerage Services Group with John Hogan and was directly responsible for the Investor Communication Solutions business. Mr. Daly joined ADP in 1989, as Senior Vice President of the Brokerage Services Group, following the acquisition by ADP of the proxy services business he founded. Mr. Daly is a member of the Board of Trustees of New York Institute of Technology and is a member of the Advisory Board of the National Association of Corporate Directors (“NACD”).

James Gerb is an accomplished senior information technology executive with over thirty years of experience in diverse industries, delivering comprehensive technical solutions, operational leadership, financial management, technology innovation, vendor management and a proven record of success in effectively aligning technical objectives with business needs for global business growth and success.
Currently, James is engaged as an IT consultant to Thrupoint, Inc, managing programs for their Financial Services clients. Previously, James served as the Director and Global Head of Voice Technology and Services for Deutsche Bank where his primary responsibilities were to provide leadership and vision for the selection and implementation of voice technology and services firm wide and to attain all services level agreements therein. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Jim served in several capacities at Morgan Stanley, the latest being the Executive Director and Global Head of Enterprise Voice Services.
James is a Director on the Board of Zecurion and the Seven Park Avenue Corporation. He has served on the advisory boards of Avaya and Symphony Services, Chairman and firm representative to the FINIS Consortium and firm representative to the Wall Street Telecommunication Association (WSTA), Security Industry Association (SIA) and International Avaya User’s Group (IAUG).
James holds a Master of Science Degree in Telecommunications & Computing Management from Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bethany College.

Eric has nearly 20 years of principal investing experience including sourcing $750mm of private equity, debt/mezzanine, distressed, convertible bonds and special situation equities with a focus on technology and telecommunications companies.
Through SarniHaan Capital Partners, a boutique consulting firm he established in late 2011, Eric provides strategic advice to management teams, institutional investors and lenders of public and private companies facing transformative decisions including managing growth vs. profitability, M&A, financings, restructuring and turnarounds.
Eric currently serves on the board of:
- 8×8, Inc., publicly listed leading cloud based unified communications provider.
- ColorEdge Inc., private equity owned large format digital printing company.
- SynCardia Systems, Inc., venture capital backed total artificial heart manufacturer.

Lee S. Weinstein is the founder and former CEO of Xand Corporation, a leading facilities-based provider of cloud services, data center infrastructure, managed services and business continuity, which was acquired in 2011 by ABRY Partners. Founded in 1990 and located in the New York Metro area, Xand provides mission-critical services to small and midsized businesses and financial institutions. With six data center locations and over 500,000 square feet of space, Xand is one of the largest privately held service providers in the Northeast United States.
Lee has over twenty years of experience in computer hardware design, as well as design and implementation of mission-critical hosted and cloud based applications, networks and data center infrastructure.
In addition, Lee is an active private equities investor with numerous interests and advisory roles in the technology, interactive services, real estate, financial, healthcare and energy industries.
Lee is a founder and managing partner of Origin Production Group, an independent oil exploration and production company, which currently owns and operates over 200 wells in nine counties of Texas.
Prior to founding Xand, Lee graduated from New York Medical College, completed two years of residency training in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital, and remains a current New York State licensed physician. He resides in Greenwich, Connecticut with his wife Jennifer, and three children, Madeline, Andrew and Emily.
