David Giangano, CEO co-founded Nectar in 2006. Early on, serving as Nectar’s President of Global Channels, he formed and launched the company’s now award-winning world-class channel program and drove Nectar’s complete go-to-market strategy. Mr. Giangano went on to foster technical innovation within Nectar and propelled broad market adoption through its global channel and OEM partnerships, forging its solution as the de-facto standard for advanced unified communications network performance management.
Prior to Nectar, Mr. Giangano founded Juma Technology, an Avaya Platinum Business Partner specializing in IP convergence. There he established a reputation as the industry leader in Voice & Data IP Convergence and the company increased its revenue by 2,782% in less than five years. He also served in senior engineering management positions at 5B Technologies, founded and operated Tailored Solutions and spent ten years with Northrop Grumman Corporation.
Mr. Giangano holds multiple patents and his technical writings have been published in NASA and IEEE journals and magazines. Mr. Giangano holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Chief Financial Officer
Anthony Fernandez – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Fernandez joined the Company in 2006 and is responsible for all financial matters related to the Company, including investor relations and Mergers and Acquisitions. He served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors from November 2006 until April 2008. In 2011, Mr. Fernandez began taking on a broader role assisting operations, project management and various other departments. In 2013, the Board of Directors recognized his accomplishments and Mr. Fernandez was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fernandez was the Director of Finance for Lexington Corporate Properties Trust where he was responsible for SEC filings, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and audit compliance. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Fernandez was the Corporate Controller for Register.com, Inc. Mr. Fernandez managed a significant investment portfolio, all SEC reporting and compliance, tax compliance and financial computer systems implementations. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Fernandez was the Chief Financial Officer for 5B Technologies Company, a public technology and employee staffing company. Prior to this time, Mr. Fernandez had eight years of public accounting experience with various firms. Mr. Fernandez is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and obtained his BS in Business Administration, with a minor in finance, from New York Institute of Technology and an MBA in Accounting from Hofstra University.
Chief Technology Officer
Joseph Fuccillo – Chief Technology Officer
Prior to becoming the Company’s Chief Technology Officer in 2006, Mr. Fuccillo served as CTO for Juma Technologies 2003-2006. From 1999 to 2003, he served as Senior Vice President at Xand Corporation, an IT hosting and managed services provider, from 1999 to 2003. During his tenure at Xand Corporation, Mr. Fuccillo was credited with building the company’s IT hosting business into a $10 million revenue unit. In 1998, Mr. Fuccillo founded Incisive Technologies, an independent IT consultancy and value added reseller that provided systems design and implementation services. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Fuccillo led the technology team at Westcon, a major distributor of high-end network and related security products. Mr. Fuccillo began his career as a communications analyst with Orange and Rockland Utilities in 1993. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and is a certified technician in a variety of areas.

Ken Archer – Chief Revenue Officer
Ken Archer is Chief Revenue Officer for Nectar. Mr. Archer oversees Nectar’s global sales, revenue goals and strategic partnerships. With over 37 years of sales and management experience in the technology sector, Ken headed and grew North American Channels for Avaya from $1B in 2005 to over $2B by 2007, and most recently served as the Vice President of Global Channels for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) where he was responsible for $8B in channel services revenue. There, he accelerated the sales and revenue growth through the design and implementation of a world class channel program. He has extensive experience in managing various channel partner organizations, managed services providers and strategic manufacturers. Mr. Archer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from West Chester University, an Executive Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an International Business Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University/Wroxton College in the UK.

Seth Oestreicher – Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer for Nectar, Seth Oestreicher brings over 25 years of diverse leadership experience in working with technology companies. In his role at Nectar, Seth maintains control of and drives business operations including plans, policies and procedures to ensure extensive and sustainable growth for the company. Prior to Nectar, Seth served as Chief Technology Officer of EFT Network, a provider of ACH and Check 21 / Remote Deposit payment processing solutions. Previously, during his fifteen year tenure at Xand Corporation, a leading, privately owned, data center, managed services and cloud services operator, Seth served in various roles culminating in being named Chief Operating Officer. Other positions included Physicians’ Online where Seth did pioneering work on natural language search engines; community specific content delivery and network applications.

Frances Vinci – Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Nectar Services Corp., Frances Vinci has worked with fellow Co-Founders to position the company as a leader in the managed services and network monitoring industry. Ms. Vinci maintains over 20 years of experience in Sales and Human Resources. During her professional tenure, Ms. Vinci has demonstrated her superior management abilities and has established a proven record of sales and organizational success. In her capacity as Nectar’s Executive Vice President, Ms. Vinci is responsible for the overall management, functionality and coordination of the Nectar organization and its offices. She oversees the company’s Human Resources, Real Estate Management and Office Management functions and is also on the Channel Management Team supporting a list of Partners. At Nectar, Ms. Vinci promotes good employee relations and a harmonious working environment while simultaneously developing and implementing policies and procedures to govern the business and its workforce. In 2002, Ms. Vinci managed the recruitment division at 5B Technologies, a NASD publicly traded company. During her tenure at 5B, from 1999 to 2002, she also designed and implemented the company’s IT outsourcing and consulting division, with substantial contribution to the bottom line.
Senior Vice President, Global Alliances and Enterprise Sales
As Senior Vice President, Tom is responsible for Nectar’s UC Strategy and overall relationships and key initiatives with Microsoft and Cisco. His team also has direct support for several of Nectar’s most strategic Service Integrators and Service Providers. Tom has extensive experience with the UC market and previously led Nectar’s Microsoft Practice. With over 25 years in the networking and software industry, Tom joined Nectar from Netsocket, Inc. where he served as Vice President – Business Development. Prior to that Tom was the Senior Vice President of Sales for Plato Learning, until their acquisition in 2010. He has also held senior-level roles at AT&T, Gateway, Level (3) Communications, and Orange Business Services, working with Fortune 500 companies such as: American Airlines, IBM, HP, Dell, AT&T, British Telecom, Verizon, Northrop Grumman, and CSC. Tom has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing from the University of Nebraska, along with an advanced studies program at the Wharton School of Business.

Bob Lynch – Senior Vice President of North America Sales
As Senior Vice President of North America Sales at Nectar, Bob Lynch brings over 30 years of sales, technical and leadership experience to the Company. In his role at Nectar, Bob oversees the strategy and team chartered with the growth of Nectar’s presence in North America enterprise accounts as well as national and regional channel partners. Prior to Nectar and over the past 15 years, Bob has served in regional and national enterprise and channel leadership roles at Websense, Extreme Networks and Avaya, including a multi-year tenure leading the North America SMB Sales organization at Avaya. Prior to these roles, Bob led technical design, implementation, professional services and sales engineering teams during a combined 12-year tenure at 3Com and at GE Capital IT Solutions. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Lowell, MA and resides in the Boston area.

Cathy Rowell – Senior Vice President of Channel and Sales Effectiveness
Cathy Rowell is the SVP of Channel and Sales Effectiveness at Nectar Services Corporation, where she is responsible for creating scalable and strategic plans to promote channel and sales success. Her team also has direct responsibility for enabling the direct and indirect sales force, onboarding new channel partners, all external marketing activities as well as product documentation. Cathy has over 25 years of experience in software development organizations, including 14 years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Sales Enablement and Learning & Development. Cathy has also led training organizations in small companies, with a focus on sales methodology and skills development. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English, Rhetoric and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo.

Shane Hosey – Senior Vice President Strategic Alliances EMEA and APJ
Throughout his career Shane Hosey has created a proven track record in Operations, Sales and Project Management at companies such as AOL, BT, Datapoint & Maintel. Shane has extensive knowledge of the dynamics of Managed Services and Service Design. Based in Dublin, Ireland, Shane joined Nectar in 2018 to drive development of the EMEA region and to support the existing channel partner’s growth in the Managed Services domain. Since then he has taken up the responsibility to run the channel teams across EMEA, Asia and Australia.

Jamie Ryan – Senior Vice President Strategic Partners and Latin America
Jamie Ryan is SVP Strategic Partners and Latin America for Nectar. Jamie is responsible for managing Nectar’s relationships with National partners and developing our business in the emerging Latin America market. Prior to joining Nectar, Mr. Ryan was Vice President of Sales, Northeast for a major Avaya partner, where he also launched and led the Intelligent Communication Alliance. Mr. Ryan has held executive sales leadership positions for a variety of national telecommunications resellers. He began his distinguished sales career in 1988 at AT&T, where he was three times elevated to the “Leaders Council,” the company’s highest recognition for the top two percent of sales representatives worldwide. Mr. Ryan moved from AT&T to Lucent, an AT&T spinoff, and in 1998 moved to Expanets, a spinoff of Lucent. When Expanets was sold to Avaya in 2004, Mr. Ryan moved his entire team to PhoneXtra, where he served as a Partner and Vice President of Sales. PhoneXtra was sold to a major Avaya partner in 2008, and Mr. Ryan led sales operations for the unit. Mr. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Farleigh Dickenson University.

Steven Harper – Senior Vice President Engineering
Steven is a co-founder of Nectar and Senior Vice President of Engineering. Currently his role spans product management, offer management, reporting, licensing and pricing. He also helps guide product direction, roadmap and content development. Steven was instrumental in developing Nectar’s Professional Services practice. Prior to his role at Nectar, Steven was Director of Engineering for Juma Technology (a systems integrator) and resident subject matter expert in everything Unified Communications. His previous experience includes various specialist roles with AT&T/Lucent Technologies/Avaya and systems engineering role at Cisco Systems designing VoIP networks for Service Providers. Steven holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
