Nectar Expands into Asia Pacific with DTSI

Philippines-based DTSI was established in 1997 and maintains offices in Manila and Cebu, along with a United States presence in Phoenix, Arizona.  The Gold Avaya BusinessPartner specializes in systems integration, with a focus on outsourced contact centers.  DTSI has enabled more than half of the call centers in their country including the globe’s top outsourcers and captive centers of Fortune 500 companies.

DTSI will be utilizing Nectar’s Converged Management Platform (nectar/CMP) to support its Network Operations Center (NOC), which is charged with monitoring its client environments.  Nectar’s advanced solution provides DTSI with superior visibility into their customer networks while strengthening the company’s go-to-market maintenance offering.
