Converged Management Platform

The cornerstone of nectar/CMP is that the solution takes a holistic approach to providing monitoring and remote programming support for IP telephony services to companies.  As a managed service, Nectar allows business customers to afford management and engineering staff for converged communication systems without the need for an expensive payroll and extended hiring processes to find qualified engineers. 


These services can be delivered through a Service Bureau more effectively where highly trained staff can work against a multitude of clients from one facility gaining in economies of scale and collaboration amongst engineering staffs. nectar/CMP is also hosted for the Service Bureau operator as well, providing an effective model for maintaining software solutions in a centralized facility managed by the platform provider and all. Staff need not be maintained by the Service Bureau to manage and maintain the software and hardware systems in the core of the nectar/CMP platform as they are provided in our software as a service model.  This eliminates implementation and maintenance service costs associated with traditional management tools.
