Our History


Nectar was formed in 2005 as AGN Networks, an advanced SIP-trunking provider known as the “phone company for the next generation”. In 2006, AGN Networks was acquired by Nectar’s parent-company, Juma Technology, as part of a strategy to create value-added business services. The AGN Networks name was later changed to Nectar Services Corp as the company built on the existing SIP-solutions, expanded the service offerings to include a management platform and hosted telephony systems, and launched the Nectar Channel Reseller program.

Today, the Nectar brand maintains three proprietary service platforms and a thriving Channel Reseller program.
